Chris is writing arrangements for the upcoming albums of Josh Groban and Brenna Whitaker.

Mentoring Sessions: Once a month Chris Walden hosts up to 5 participants in his writing room at Ocean Way Studios to talk about arranging for various instrumentations incl. big band and symphony orchestra, using first-hand examples of current projects. Participants will have the opportunity to ask questions and show their own material for feedback. The next mentoring session will be on Monday, Jan. 12 at 5pm. The new Chris Walden Big Band album "FULL-ON!" is out on Origin Records and is currently on #15 of the jazz airplay charts.  Check out the teaser video here.

It features the vocal talents of Courtney Fortune, Siedah Garrett, Dorian Holley, Tierney Sutton, Melanie Taylor, Carol Welsman, and as guest soloist Arturo Sandoval.

The album was recorded and mixed by Al Schmitt & Steve Genewick.
